Description

The tour starts at the iconic Puerta del Sol, where you will meet your knowledgeable guide and begin your journey through the city’s historic streets. From there, you will be taken to one of the oldest bakeries in Madrid for breakfast where you’ll get to try one of Spain’s most famous dishes: churros with chocolate.

Next, the tour will head to the magnificent Palacio Real de Madrid, the former residence of the Spanish royal family. You will be able to admire the stunning architecture and explore the Royal Palace grounds, including the famous Plaza Oriente, The Opera House, and the main cathedral, Santa Maria de la Almudena.

After the Royal Palace, the tour will continue through the charming Barrio de los Austrias, one of Madrid’s oldest neighborhoods, before stopping at a local tavern for a shot of Madrid’s traditional liquor.

Throughout the tour, you will be able to sample some of the city’s most delicious tapas at different stops, giving you a true taste of Madrid’s culinary scene.
